No. It starts a conversation about your stay. A reservation is confirmed only after you accept the written offer and receive written confirmation.

The accommodation, dates, occupancy, room type, inclusions, total price and currency, mandatory fees and taxes, payment schedule, and applicable cancellation terms.

Cancellations made at least 21 days before scheduled check-in are eligible for a 75% refund of the total reservation amount, with a 25% cancellation fee retained. Cancellations less than 21 days before check-in and no-shows are non-refundable. Any permitted non-refundable processing fee must be disclosed before acceptance.
