Search the city suggestions or enter any city or area yourself. Include your preferred neighbourhood and essential accommodation requirements. The request form brings your trip, preferences and contact details into one brief. There is no enquiry fee and no card information is requested.
Review the property, room setup, stay dates, total price, currency, fees and taxes. Any local charges and offer expiry are set out before you decide.
The offer identifies the contracting party, payment recipient, amount due and cancellation conditions. Any change to the agreed price or payment schedule needs your approval.
Check the guest names, dates, room details and check-in instructions in your confirmation. Keep your reservation reference and contact support if anything needs correcting.
